As a long-time client, J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. has shifted with changes and challenges across the transportation and logistics industry. One of the largest being driver retainment, especially due to widespread issues surrounding morale, and competition for hiring drivers with other sectors. Driven was created in response to these issues, outwardly showing the company’s desire to understand and share in driver concerns, be supportive, and to show an openness to learn.
