Creative direction — Design and layout

The Pendergraft Building is a recent development on the property of Drake Farms in northwest Fayetteville. As a high-end office and retail space, this building brings a high level of craftsmanship and design considerations, from the stonemasonry to wrought timber and finishes.

Ahead of construction, there was a need to showcase this project and express its features to potential tenants and investors, so a look book was created to showcase with significant detail.

Custom production features of this look book include copper foil stamping and fixtures, double-fold covers, inlay pages, all bound using a custom wood spine and button-and-string closure made from salvaged walnut trees found on the property.

The book size is 17”x11”, printed on digital Indigo Press and assembled by hand.
